Day Reporting Program
Day Reporting is a nonresidential, community based program for probationers, parolees, court referrals or Oriana House transfers. A behavioral contract is drawn, in which the offender's needs are assessed and court-ordered requirements are addressed. Goals and objectives are negotiated and progress is reviewed with the caseworker in frequent meetings. Behaviors are monitored by itineraries, verification of activities, daily telephone calls, random curfew calls and alcohol/drug testing. Offenders must show progress toward rehabilitative goals to be successfully released from the program.
