Misdemeanor Diversion Program – Barberton Municipal Court and Summit County
This program provides an alternative for Barberton Municipal Court in the handling of first-time misdemeanor offenders. The program holds the offender accountable for their actions and assists them in learning new ways to deal with the issues that led to their offense, while keeping them from the stigma of a criminal conviction.
