Residential Program Visitation

If you are a client coming into a residential program, you will be assigned a caseworker upon your arrival who will review all of the program rules, including visitation, with you. Clients are instructed to contact the people they place on visitation lists to inform them of the visitation hours.

Sending Mail

Clients in the CROSSWAEH CBCF facilities are able to receive mail. Letters should be addressed to:

Client Confidentiality

In order to protect the confidentiality of our clients, Oriana House does not provide the names of individuals who are in our programs to the public.

Approved Personal Property

There are procedures outlining what personal property is allowed to be brought into the facility. Unauthorized items will be confiscated. For specific information call (419) 447-1444.
